Know Your Number®. Kelsey-Seybold's Wellness for Life is pleased to be the first in Houston to offer this comprehensive and advanced Health Risk Assessment tool. Know Your Number® provides an online, five-year risk assessment for Cardiovascular Disease, Stroke, Type II Diabetes and some types of cancer.

The Company Health Fair. Our health education professionals and event consultants will take care of all the details for an exciting, informative event.

Education. Our doctors, dietitians and other healthcare professionals can deliver seminars and workshops on topics your employees will want to attend.
